Show us your plan to service the loan. Can you show that you make monthly payments? If it’s hard to document, let us review it to see what options are available to you. Finally, if the LTV is low enough, we may be able to build the interest into the loan. Ask us about it.
Show the loan to value ratio (LTV). This is the percentage of the value of the property taken up by the loan amount. An appraisal or good BPO will be the key.
Show us how you are going to pay back the principal at maturity. Will you sell the property? Or will you keep it? Does your appraisal or market research provide good basis for your projections?
